Peace in Transition: A Paris Revelation for September
Paris, you were sweet to me. 🍫🥐✨
From Angelina’s hot chocolate and the most buttery croissants, to fresh crepes with lemon + sugar, to Pierre Hermé macarons that disappeared faster than my camera could catch them 😅, and even a new gem — dinner at Manne Paris on the Champs-Élysées.
This trip wasn’t just about food (though my stomach was very happy). It was about rest, peace, and remembering that sometimes God feeds our spirit in the same way Paris feeds the senses — beautifully, abundantly, and with joy. 🌸
Here’s to carrying that peace into September. 💛

New Month, New Grace: Embracing the New Beginnings of August
If August is where new grace begins, then the way you nourish yourself matters too.
Preparing your spirit — and your body — for the seasons ahead is a sacred act. I wrote more about that here.

Happy New Month of March!
March: Manifested Miracles – A Month of Breakthroughs and Answered Prayers
As we step into the month of March, we do so with expectation and faith, believing that this is a season where God’s miraculous power will be made evident in our lives. Whether you’ve been waiting on a breakthrough, seeking clarity, or trusting God for provision, this is the month to believe for more—because He is a God of manifested miracles.

Love Languages & Words of Affirmation: Speaking Life into Your Spirit
Month of love: lets talk Love Languages
Words carry weight. They have the power to build up, to heal, and to transform. When we embrace Words of Affirmation as a love language, we not only uplift those around us but also nourish our own spirit by speaking life-giving truths over ourselves.
The Bible reminds us:
📖 “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” — Proverbs 18:21
Just as we long to hear affirming words from loved ones, God desires us to affirm His truth in our lives. Whether through scripture, prayer, or journaling, intentionally declaring God’s promises strengthens our faith and renews our perspective.
💡 Try This: Write a love letter to God—expressing gratitude, declaring His faithfulness, and affirming His Word over your life. Because the more we speak His truth, the more our hearts align with His love. ❤️

Love Languages in Biblical Actuality: Quality Time with God
Month of love: lets talk Love Languages
Spending quality time with God isn’t just a practice—it’s a love language. In this post, I reflect on a life-changing moment in Zanzibar, where stillness led to surrender, and surrender led to purpose. Learn how to deepen your faith through uninterrupted time with God and why it’s essential for spiritual growth. Psalm 46:10 — 'Be still, and know that I am God.'
