From Angelina’s hot chocolate and the most buttery croissants, to fresh crepes with lemon + sugar, to Pierre Hermé macarons that disappeared faster than my camera could catch them 😅, and even a new gem — dinner at Manne Paris on the Champs-Élysées.

This trip wasn’t just about food (though my stomach was very happy). It was about rest, peace, and remembering that sometimes God feeds our spirit in the same way Paris feeds the senses — beautifully, abundantly, and with joy. 🌸

The weather has severely dropped here in London town. Just last week, we were basking in pockets of sunshine and heat — now, since Saturday, it’s been rain on rain on rain.
I don’t know if there’s an official term for it, but I’m definitely a weather-eating babe. If it’s grey and wet outside, you’ll find me with my kettle on — warming my body from the inside out.

I’ve learned that for women — especially in our 30s and beyond — keeping the body warm, the womb warm, is more than just comfort. It’s a practice rooted in so many traditional and holistic teachings: warmth nourishes, soothes, and supports the rhythms of our bodies.
