Recipe: Hibiscus & Spice Blend tea

£2.99

This deeply rooted hibiscus-based recipe draws its inspiration from my Caribbean upbringing, West African connections, and wellness as a Christian.

Traditionally, sorrel is made with sugar — lots of it. But in this blend, I intentionally withhold artificial sweeteners or sugar. Why?

Because not everything nourishing has to be sweet — at least not in the way we’ve been taught.

Instead, I’ve added layers of natural spice, citrus, and ginger warmth, allowing the true richness of the hibiscus and herbs to speak for themselves.

That said, if sweetness is what you’re after — you’re free to add it. Your kitchen, your rules.

But this version honours the slow, grounding rhythm of healing, especially for women who are paying closer attention to how their bodies respond to what they consume.

Perfect for:

  • Transitioning seasons

  • Womb wellness & gentle digestion

  • Those reducing sugar intake without compromising flavour

  • Moments of stillness, reflection, or Sabbath rest

"To everything there is a season..." — Ecclesiastes 3:1
This blend helps you prepare for each one — gently and faithfully.

Nourish your spirit, one sip at a time. 💛
