Trusting God in Every Season: Learning to Be a Healed and Giving Disciple
When lack stares you in the face, give anyway.
Not because it’s easy, but because it’s Christ’s way.
“The Lord is good… He knows those who trust in Him.” — Nahum 1:7
Trust Him in the process. The ending is already good.

New Month, New Grace: Embracing the New Beginnings of August
If August is where new grace begins, then the way you nourish yourself matters too.
Preparing your spirit — and your body — for the seasons ahead is a sacred act. I wrote more about that here.

Preparing for the Seasons: A Warm Cup, A Warm Body, A Ready Spirit
When the Weather Drops, I Reach for Warmth
The weather has severely dropped here in London town. Just last week, we were basking in pockets of sunshine and heat — now, since Saturday, it’s been rain on rain on rain.
I don’t know if there’s an official term for it, but I’m definitely a weather-eating babe. If it’s grey and wet outside, you’ll find me with my kettle on — warming my body from the inside out.
I’ve learned that for women — especially in our 30s and beyond — keeping the body warm, the womb warm, is more than just comfort. It’s a practice rooted in so many traditional and holistic teachings: warmth nourishes, soothes, and supports the rhythms of our bodies.

What My Summer Salads Taught Me About Intentional Living
Salads, Salads, Salads

Tomatoes & Basil: A Parable on Growing Together
What started as TikTok Obsession, inspired lunch, became a life lesson 🍅✨
Tomatoes grow better when paired with basil.
Basil doesn’t bear fruit, but it protects the process.
It enhances the taste.
It helps the tomato thrive.
Not everyone in your garden is meant to bear fruit.
Some are here to help you grow.
Let God do the pairing.
Let pruning do its work.
And when the harvest comes… don’t forget the flavour.

“Our Father”: A Father's Day Reflection on God, Community & Becoming
🙏🏾 To the Dads, and the God Who Fathers Us All
So this Father’s Day, I just want to say:
God, You are such a wonderful Dad.
You teach us how to love before we’re even ready to be loved.
You parent us with patience and presence.
You remind us that being a father — or receiving fatherhood — is a process of becoming. A process rooted in grace.
To every man leaning into the call of fatherhood — in whatever shape or season it may come — thank you.
And to the Father of us all: we honour You.
Today, and always.
