A Winter Warmer; Vegetable Gyoza Soup with Ginger & Garlic Broth

Although I am a pescatarian at heart, I prefer vegetable gyozas ... but do try what you like most!

My vegetable gyoza soup with ginger and garlic broth is the perfect winter lunch or dinner option. Packed with bold flavours and immune-boosting ingredients, it’s not only a feast for the palate but also a balm for the soul.

This dish brings together pan-fried dumplings, steamed bok choy, and silky noodles, all nestled in a rich vegetable broth infused with ginger and garlic. For my version, I use vegetable gyozas, but if you're a meat lover, feel free to experiment with pork or chicken dumplings for a twist. This flexibility makes it a meal for everyone to enjoy, especially when the weather calls for something warm and hearty.
